Learning how to start a band goes beyond grabbing a group of friends together with instruments. There comes a point where a band is ready to rock and needs to begin promoting the music and performing live.

Band Wars Events are pretty self explanatory - bands compete with their best performances in attempt to please the judges and win some great rewards. Generally, these events either have a small entrance fee or are free to a registering band. The way you earn your way onto the stage is by selling a pre-determined number of tickets to the show. Band’s register, sell their tickets, pick a few songs, grab their gear, and light up the stage.
The great thing about Supernova is the extent and frequency of these events. Supernova hits up major music cities throughout both Canada and the U.S., giving most bands a shot at the commute. In addition, with the number of different events, bands can participate and perform on multiple occasions.
